Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of the dry material, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected at the same time, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, for dry materials with high specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only the cyclone separator needs to be selected. For small granular and powdery materials with low specific gravity, a bag filter needs to be equipped, and a power feeding device and leather belt conveyor are available for selection.
The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower to come into contact with the solid material through a distribution plate, forming fluidization and achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed. The solid powder is collected by the cyclone dust collector group and the bag dust collector and then discharged.
Steam, electric, and hot air stoves can all be equipped (according to user requirements).
